Following the sad news earlier this year that Health & Development Networks (HDN) had lost its core funding, HDN has received many heart warming messages of appreciation and support from the HDN family.
Pre-conference Symposium on Children and HIV/AIDS Rappateur Summary
This pre-conference symposium was a 2-day event held on the 1st and 2nd August 2008, covering a range of topics around HIV/AIDS in children. HDN reported from the event, making a substantial contribution towards the rapporteur session during the closing session on the final day.
IAC 2008 Poster Presentations

Seen and heard: Children affected by HIV and AIDS
Project activities focused around the XVII International AIDS Conference (IAC) and a pre-conference symposium on children and HIV, both held in Mexico City from 1-8 August 2008. In the period leading up to these events, HealthDev.net, a dialogue and social networking platform, hosted online discussions on this theme.
